Out of 70,000 students in the district, K- 8th grades have 98% compliance rate
The results in the first year alone were astonishing:
- 43% reduction in suspensions
- 54% fewer fights
- 70% reduction in substance abuse
- 20% fewer cases of weapons possession and robbery
- 50% reduction in reports of battery against employees
Of course uniforms are not the only reason for such great improvements, but they certainly made a big contribution.
